8. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

  • Customers who are consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the Goods, in accordance with UK consumer law.

  • To cancel, the Customer must send a written notice by email or post. Goods must be returned promptly and in their original condition.

  • Refunds, including standard delivery costs, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

9. Returns and Complaints

  • If Goods are faulty or not as described, the Customer has the right to make a complaint within 30 days of delivery.

  • Depending on the situation, the Customer may be offered a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Return postage costs will be borne by the Customer unless the Goods are faulty or incorrect.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for any loss of profits, data, or other consequential damages.
